- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆"Girls like you are a dime a dozen."- Dover High Guidance Counselor, Mrs. Williams, 2001. And that has always stuck with me, coloring my opinion of Dover's terribly undertrained staff. When you have a staff of people who can't get jobs in better districts, and not enough checks and balances within the system, the students suffer. After observing and student teaching within New York City districts, I've realized that a Dover High School education is essentially a joke. If you're reading this as a preliminary step to possibly moving your family into the Dover High School District- your kids deserve better.By A Google User, May 21, 2017
